Why my user dont'upload your avatar?

I go to the preferences for the admin system and select, allow user to upload your avatar!
But when the user go to the registration don't see the screen the upload tha avatar???
Where is?
So do i, that i am administrator, can't see where the user can upload your avatar!
How do i do?

Welcome to xoops!

The user can upload there avatar by clicking 'View account' then 'Avatar'

You may have to reach the minimum required posts before you can see this however.
