Admin Section - Error On First Visit to Admin Page

I am getting this error after click on the submit button during my first visit to the admin. section


Warning [PHP]: fopen(/home/midnight/public_html/cache/adminmenu.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied in file include/cp_functions.php line 425


I am using XOOPS version 2.0.9.2 installed via Fantasico

Also the only thing in the cache folder is the index file

Chmod the cache folder to 777.

This just helped me too. It's too bad that the routine that checks permissions during the automated install doesn't check this.
