Not for sure if this is what you're looking for but here goes. What you need to do is
For XOOPS 2.2.x
1. Go to the Administration section.
2. Go to Preferences
3. Go to System
4. Click on Meta Tags and Footer
5. Then, you'll see a section in the page that opens called: Footer
6. Save changes when done.
For XOOPS 2.0.x
1. Go to the Administration section
2. Hover the System icon
3. Choose Preferences
4. On the page that comes up, you'll want to click Edit next to Meta Tags and Footer
5. Then, you'll see a section in the page that opens called: Footer
6. Save changes when done.
