i want to create a site that has a commnity based ..where visitors can make and design their own page...like yahoo personals or myspace.com....can it be done in cms format

Xoops is great for a community website.
You're on one now !

However I am not sure about a module that members can make their own sites. I havent seen that done yet.

i mean ...like a personal site where the person can make their own page and other visitors to their page can write notes to that person...kinda like a personal ad page...reference:myspace.com..blackplanet.com,asainavenue.com..etc...
