Urgent! How do i change file attribute on mainfile.php

My hosting company have some kind of setting so I cant remove the write attribute on mainfile.php with the use of a FTP-client.

On my other hosting company this is possible. Please, give me a hint how this can be done in some other way.

If you host with cpanel you could log into cpanel then click on file manager. You will be able to chmod there.

To bad but they dont have cpanel and the fileviewer do not have any chmod option.....

A lil more info might help. What kind of server and hosting panel? If you can't chmod your files I suppose you dont have access to ssh.

It is a Linux server hosted by b-one.net a very big hostin firm. They have Ilosoft filemanager 0.9.7. No direct shell access either...
