Hi, I know these are stupid questions but ive been banging my head against a wall trying to figure things out the way I used to teach myself code/html... but I suppose this is far beyond me...

Anyway. Blocks.

I want to create/edit blocks and I know how to make a new "block" but how do I make the menus that appear below said block? For example, in the default setting, there is a Main Menu "block", and below it are several submenus such as "sections" and "news" etc. How do I make a new block with submenus?

Also, Are these submenus submenu-able? In other words, like a menu that appears when "News" is clicked and drops down below "news" that says like "man1news" "someotherguy'snews" etc.
I am doing a webcomic and want to move into the database world because HTML is getting far too cumbersome. I would like a "block" to be "chapters" and have a menu below the block with "chapter 1" "2" etc and have these possibly be expandible to have the pages listed in each chapter on this menu.
