How can I specify where I want blocks to go on my homepage? http://www.djhangout.com I want the news at the start then forum posts and then comments and no matter what I do with the weights it wont move.

Also, if you look at the forum post, the box behind the posters username, which css style is that?

my problem is tho, that I want to set the module blocks in different order... dont want my own content, if you know what I mean ;)
