i get this error and i dont know what the error is for

 Installing NewBB 2.0 
 
  Table 'xoops_bb_archive' already exists 
 
Unable to install newbb. Error(s):

its just that i dont know and i was uninstalling it because it had some error in the forum section that it wont let me add like what i wanted and it wouldnt let me submit any forum. if you plz someone help me my website is down because our forum is down plz help. thanku.

Sounds like you didnt uninstall it properly.

You would need to deactive the module, then click the uninstall icon in module admin.

You cannot simply delete the modules files.

Now, you would need to delete those *_bb_* tables from your database using phpMyAdmin or MySQL.

Then, installing the module will work again, since the table wont already be there to stop it.
