No version number in footer, no footer!

Since: 2005/8/12

I upgraded from 2.0.10 to 12a, then to 13, and then to 2.21. During the last part of the upgrade I somehow lost my footer. It looks like everything else works fine. I would just like the piece of mind saying that it is version 2.21.
