SmartFAQ fails to install

I get this exciting message after installing SmartFAQ and trying to enter the SmartFAQ config area:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
etc...
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Apache/1.3.33
MySQL 4.0.25-standard
xoops 2.0.13
PHP/4.3.11

The install.txt says to do a regular module install. I've been ok with the cbb.

It's not ready for 2.2.1 yet.

The persons uses XOOPS 2.0.1.3
Have you re-uploaded the module files and tried to install it again?

Hi to you both and thanks...yes removed module and reinstalled, same result.

And I'll be away for a couple days so if you have any ideas on this I won't be able to test them for a bit.

xoops is really cool! That my final word for the week!

Back now...I've noticed that if I click the smartfaq link on the site, I get a "Sorry, there is no Q&A to display" message, which is probably what smartfaq is supposed to display before anything has been input. It's admin menu item for smartfaq that fails...anyone have a clue on this?

Now I've noticed that I can get to the prefs page, only.

The help files for SmartFAQ on the SmartFactory site seem to be missing.
