Edit and Delete User-Accounts?!?

Sry for my English ;)

I want to edit or delete UserAccounts, the Url seems OK:
admin.php?fct=users&uid=2&op=modifyUser
admin.php?fct=users&op=delUser&uid=2

But when i click one of the Buttons:
Edit Profile
Delete Account
the next Page loaded is the System Configuration

When the UserAccount is not activated
URL: userinfo.php?uid=2
it shows: No User Selected! Please go back and try again.

IE and Firefox, XOOPS 2.2

Anyone no this Problem?!?

Yes, I have the same problem. I can receive register queries, so i have some inactive users, but i don't know how activate them!!
I'm using XOOPS 2.2
What about it??
