how can i do this:
whenever i click on an item in main menu it will automatically display the indented sub menus.

for example:

home
products----> when i click this it will output:
contact us

output:

home
products
product1
product2
product3
contact us

xoops doesnt do that that i am aware of. however flash may be a solution that might interest you. You can try www.swishzone.com the software has a free trial. and you should be able to determine how comfortable you are with it before your trial expires. good luck!

if you use a module like tinycontent 1.6 (where there are subtitles) they will be shown in mainmenu as submenus....

eg. look here:

and view the white links below menu XOOPS tipps

xoops mainmenu block querys if there are subtitles in one modul. if there are some (on active modul), they will be displayed as a different css class which we can act with.
