I've been searching the repositary but haven't found one yet... Maybe somebody also knows a module, which I can "abuse" for this task...

What I want to do is the following:
I want to announce an event. Then people can sign in and get listet in a member list. The members can leave a comment, like if you want to do a community bbq, they can leave a message: "I will bring a salad" or whatever. Something simple like that. Currently we are using a forum for that, but then somebody has to keep a list up to date by hand, which can be time-consuming, if many people sign in in a very short time

so my question: is there already something like that or something similar?
