I move all XOOPS files to another server, but I forget about template_c directory and now I have a lot of problems with that, like:

How can I update this folder? I've try to update each module but it not help.

in system admin -> preferences -> general settings, click 'go' at the bottom. This should update the templates_c folder. You can also try to update the wf-downloads module in system admin -> modules.
