Liaise intro text not showing [fixed]

I have problem im using Liaise but the text the have to apear above the form is _not_ showing... Its frickin wierd...

Btw. when i use Formuliaire i have the same problem... tryed diff themes but same problem..

edit: I made 2 forms, then it shows.

Could you post a link to an example?
Have you tried looking at the source code of the rendered page?

its my test server:

http://intosia.sytes.net/xoops/modules/liaise/

And in the form settings i filled in this section:

"Form introduction: Text to be displayed in form page itself" = 'Welcome to ***devils***'

I looked in the database and its there...
And the template seems correct:

What version of XOOPS and Liaise are you using? I'm having problems with XOOPS 2.0.13 and Liaise 1.23 after moving to a new host. The comments feild is the only field that will show and it's repeating several times down the page.

There was a updated version released recently. Maybe that will help? Liaise 1.24

I have the same problem using Liaise 1.23 (designed for 2.0.9.3) with XOOPS 2.0.10.

I only want one form, so I deleted the default form. I have a faint recollection that the form introduction displayed properly when I had two forms, but I can't really be sure of that and I haven't had time to really troubleshoot it.

To be fair, Liaise does display a ' XOOPS version not supported' warning, although everything else seems to work.

I have yet to try the new release.

Yes, I noticed this. Sorry I didn't mention it in my post. The forms performed flawlessly prior to my move to a new host today. Not exactly sure how/why they stopped working all of a sudden, but I'm not too concerned. The default Contact module is suiting my needs for now. I'm holding out on XOOPS 2.2 and a compatible version of Liaise.

I'm not sure how helpful this will be, but I think you have installation issues. All your links reference a NetBIOS name and not a domain name.

Try doing an install using the FQDN (fully qualified domain name) and see if your results are different.

New release... Ill check it out, but im afraid i have that one.. (could be wrong)

And about the netBios name, hehe, damn yeah i forgot. But its that i use it only in my LAN, so it works for my. Its my test server as i mentioned, i forgot i doesnt work for internet use...

Its fixed, i indeed used v1.24 already. But when i make 2 forms, i works... Wierd. But i dont mind

Simple answer, the form details will only show if you goto the specific form.

If you goto:
http://intosia.sytes.net/xoops/modules/liaise/
It will take the intro text from the Liaise general settings

If you goto:
http://intosia.sytes.net/xoops/modules/liaise/?form_id=2
It will get the form intro text from the form settings
