Newbb2 / cbb has more templates than newbb (1) - so you will need to regenerate these.

There are only 13 NewBB templates in the NewBB 2.0 folder (the complete download folder). All of those exist in the Admin->Templates->MyTemplates->Forum[List(13)]

What additional templates would you be talking about and where would they be generated from?

In the template manager you would click to list the newbb templates that are listed by the red 13. The templates that need to be generated/regenerated should be highlighted in yellow. It would be best to delete and regenerate all templates in the list.

There are none that are yellow... and I have deleted and regenerated ALL of the ones there. Just for kicks, I even copied over from the default template directory the apparently additonal template files, which are two additional files named the identical "newbb_block.html"...

I can't put them in the directory as is, because I can't have three files with the identical names. If I rename them newbb_block.html, newbb_block1.html, and newbb_block2.html... and I attempt to regenerate them, I get the error that "the selected file does not exist!" And they remain yellow.

These are the three newbb_block.htmls in the default templates:

newbb_block.html

newbb_block.html

This is what I have in my template set:

newbb_block.html

So my question still is... where would I get them from, since I can't put them in the directory manually?

PS- I think I may have figured out part of the pontital conflict...

When I downloaded the default set to try once again to upload the additional files... there was still only one new_bb.html file in the blocks folder. I think what's happening is that there cannot be three files of the same name on my computer directory either, so all I am left with is one.

That's probably why only one ever became part of the clone when I upgraded to New BB 2...
