I'm not seeing the video, but as you said, I do hear the audio. The problem I see is an "Error downloading Encoder".
As it loads, media player is telling me there was an error downloading a codec.

Evidently, I don't have the specific codec required to view your video format. Which surprises me as I have Windows XP Media Edition and I do alot of work on this OS with video production.
Maybe check and see if those that are able to view the video have an older OS or the new Windows XP. Maybe this could give you idea on whether or not to change the video format.
