Hi I'm new to the whole XOOPS webmaster thing. I was wondering if it was possibly to create a shoutbox or if XOOPS forums support this?

If they do could anyone give me advice about how to go about creating one or installing it onto a Website with a forum?

Forums come with the XOOPS 2.0.13 and can be installed via the admin panel. There are different types of forums available in the Module Repository if you do not like the default. As far as a Shoutbox goes there is also one in the Module Repository.
