What does this mean?!

"Server Error, unable to connect to fastcgi server."

This is the error that my internal intranet keeps showing,
we are using Windows 2003 server with IIS6 and PHP 5,we are also using XOOPS 2.0.3 - could this be the reason?

This is a problem with your server, and not with XOOPS.

You should not use PHP5 first off, and just stick with PHP4.
But, also, dont use the CGI Module of PHP, IIS supports ISAPI Modules.
