Xcgal AND Random Block on main page

Hi
I need 2 galleries on my page. I've used xoopsgallery and xcgallery.

What I'd like to be able to do, is stick a random image on my main page from xcgal. XOOPS gallery has that, but I couldn't find anything in xcgal.

HAs anyone tried this? I'm no programmer - is there a way this can be done?
