Just updated my test site to 2.2RC - all seems good except for 1 thing - the registered user details seem to be messed up.

If I try to list them (for example if I want to send a private message) I get a list with 2 of the user names and the rest just show the user ID.

Had a look at the database with PHPMyadmin and it looks OK.

Is this a know issue with the RC version or have I screwed up somewhere!

Same happened to me. What it looks like to me is that the site is now referring to users by Real Name instead of Username. A quick fix is to edit the database directly and make everyone's username and real name the same - it's a dirty hack I grant you, but it at least looks better than a bunch of blank space.

As an aside - I'm interested in using the nightly build to see if some of my RC issues have been solved, but I can't figure out how to do it. The download conatins just one very large file that is a concatenation of all the site files - how does the engine process that? Or have I grabbed the wrong file?

Cheers, unfortunatly, it's the userID that's being confused with the user name so I don't think I can change it like that...

The nightly build is in a .tgz archive - get a copy of PowerArchiver installed that supports it OK.

I'll have a go with the new builds to see if it gets sorted!
