I am using Headlines and some RSS feeds work fine, the show up in the main index as well as in the block. However, I cannot get some other feeds to work. I tried all variations of standards (ISO/UTF-8/US-ASCII) and URL-links.

An example of a site that I cannot get to work is:
http://www.webwereld.nl/rss/articles

What am I doing wrong?

I had a simular problem. After contacting my host I was told it was because I didn't have enough out going ports on the router my server was on. I was using a shared hosting package. My host (bluehost.com) openend a few extra ports on the router for me, but did let me know that if I needed more I would have to pay for a static ip. After my host made the changes I have experienced no problems. Hope that helps.
