Ok... well... I found the problem child... actually there were two problems! One on NetFTP language file and one one NetFTP XOOPS version file. Both files had extra space after the close php tag.

Problem fixed, but not understood how it happened.
I am going to try to reinstall WF-Channel now.

Hopefully everything will work ok.
