Problem in X-PBB-Module_1.23

I am passing for a problem with it I module X-PBB-Module_1.23, when I repass the archives for the ftp it substitutes many archives of the proper Xoops, later when I try to in the site, of the one error in the archive functions.php, being that this archive nor would have been moved for module it, somebody wise person more details on module, as to install it correctly, I have much interest in it.

My XOOPS Version : 2.0.11

And sorry, I do not say English very well.

Which the difference of XOOPS 2.0.11 for the 2.0.9.3?

there isn't a version for higher..

to make 1.23 work with XOOPS 2.0.11 (by the way you should really up date to 2.0.13 now because 2.0.11 has a few bugs)

you would need to edit all the core files from 1.23 and compare them to 2.0.11/13 files that are the same and then edit them to match aswell as adding the phpbb coding into 2.0.11).

by core files i mean all the files that it replaces in the XOOPS folder..

(all except, modules/ipboard)

I go to bring up to date mine XOOPS for the 2.0.13 then.
It can be that using the version the 2.0.13 PHPBB function?


But it leaves I to ask to you, module it IPB is good? the IPB nowadays works with projects of paid licenses, I myself used Invision but I had that to delete there fore I received an email from them, this module does not apply the license rules? it uses it cannot bring future problems?

x-ipb module, there are 2 versions.. the x-ipb 2 version which is based on IPB V2 and is pay only, you need to buy a license.

and x-ipb 1.4H which is based on 1.31 of IPB and is totally free (permission is granted by invision to modify and distribute by bbpixel.com), but is still a very popular module :) and well supported.

note: x-ipb 1.4H is designed for XOOPS 2.0.10 (though koudanshi will be updating the core files in the pack shortly)

if you want to try it now, i have released updated core files patch at bbpixel.com to make it work with 2.0.12 and also a patch to make it work with 2.0.13 aswell.

I download the X-IPB-Module_14Ha this is what not necessary of license?

In the forum of the BBpixel a topic its X-ipb 1.4x Core Update Will be 2.0.13, in the case this would be pra to function in version 2.0.13?

yes you would need that core update aswell to make x-ipb work with 2.0.13

basically, upgrade your site 1st to 2.0.13

then download 1.4Ha to your pc and unzip it.

then download the x-ipb core update for 2013 and unzip that, then replace the core files in the 1.4Ha module with the ones in the core update. then upload to your server.
