Error on newbb 2.0 after 2.0.11 update

After update from 2.0.9 to 2.0.11 the module Forum stop to Work correctly, you can login but evry new post give the message.... an error as occured and return on forum.

the Forum version was the newbb v2.0 installed over the 2.0.9 version of xoops.

No idea what's the problem but have you updated your newbb2?

I just checked the 2.011 package, the newbb coming with it is newbb 1.0

You should NOT have uploaded the whole package.

You cannot patch directly from 2.0.9 to 2.0.11.

Down load the 2.0.9 to 2.0.10 patch, then download the 2.0.10 to 2.0.11 patch. Apply the 2.0.9 to 2.0.10 as per this Flash Tutorial, make sure you complete all steps.

Next apply the 2.0.11 patch and update your system module again. Hopefully this will fix the problem.

Edit: if the newbb 1 was uploaded by mistake, just delete newbb folder and re upload your current version.
