I've the same problem in
localhostyes I've assignd the admin module rights for webmaster
when I click any of the default modules, such as the links, I can't delete,add,edit. It just refreshes the page...
experiencing the same problem with other modules such as polls,download
I'm using
xoops 2.0.13.2 ...clean install..all default modules
