he means empty the contents of the templates_c folder on your server.

if that doesn't work, try the myreviews v2.1 that's listed on my profile..

it's not being developed anymore by the original author.. but it does work.

i'm currently developing a new reviews module but it's not going to be ready for release for a while yet..
