Do you mean that you want the user account to be automatically activated?

If so, that can be done by going to Admin Panel, System, Preferences, User Info Settings
Set Select activation type of newly registered users to activate automatically.

I don't understand either. Do you mean that:

Once they login, they do not need to relogin for a period of time. like those "remember me" kind of thing? If yes than you can use autologin hack.

OR

you want to make the "login" box as registeration box? and once they "register", than no need "login"?

I'm sorry, i'm kind of confuse...hehehe
