I recently changed my domain name and updated by my mainfile.php in the XOOPS directory and the httpd.conf in the /etc/apache/ directory. Everything seems to be working ok, except that in my old blog posts (I use the Wordpress ME plugin) the pictures I included in the posts don't show up - they user the old domain + directory reference, i.e. http://www.OLDdomain.com/xoops/modules/wordpress/attach/ where it should be http://www.NEWdomain.com/xoops/modules/wordpress/attach/. I went into MySQL and manual changed some of the links in the database, but I suspect their is an easy solution and that the problem was caused by a "keyboard peripheral device" error.

Notes: Slackware 10.0, XOOPS 2, MySQL, hosted at home, using dynamic dns (which may be the problem, though I haven't had an issue before).

Any and all help greatly appreciated!

have you 'updated' the blog module in system admin -> modules? This will resolve all the changes made to mainfile.php to the modules variables...

It will? I wasn't aware of that.

I think what we need is to have a [siteimg] to complement [img] just as we have [siteurl] complementing [url].

wordpress blog module is a ported module, with not so tight integration. I think it gets the basic URL from mainfile loaded on install, and uses that in it's own set of variables... or am I off the mark here (again)?

ah, ok - I wasn't aware of that (as I said )

You may be right. I haven't played around with the WordPress module much as it doesn't work with XOOPS 2.1 which is my current test installation.

Yep, I did the update of the module and restarted Apache. If it is true that it is loosely integrated, I probably need to change the old URLs manually. When I make a new post everything works fine.

As a sidebote, any reason the module doesn't use XOOPS_ROOT_PATH?
