Login block lost in browser crash

I hacve set up part of a new install. Was configuring modules and blocks on the main page. I had not gotten to the login block, (yeah, I know it might better have been the first thing) and the pulldown menu that gave me the admin area is missing too.

How do I get to that, or to the admin login?

yourdomain.com/user.php

will get you a login screen

yourdomain.com/admin.php after logging in will get you to admin
