Hi guys, I am just user in a forum that uses XOOPS and I have this problem :

If I click on the "back" and "forward" buttons quickly before a page is completely loaded I get the message "don't access this site too continuously"... if I click BACK and FORWARD quickly a couple of times it seems that something will prevent me from loading the page where the forum is.

I just realized taht by accident. The problem is that now I can't access the forum. Well, I can do it if I reset my modem at home...but at work... I access the internet thru a LAN... and I do not know how to "undo" this situation.

Can somebody help me???

Do you have the protector module installed?

contact the owner of the website you have trouble with.

I think they do have the protector module installed. It could be that the sudden and frequent page changes looked like a bad crawler to the protector, and it has banned your IP. This is why if you reset your modem (assuming dialup) your IP will change and you will have access again. On the LAN with a static IP will remain banned. You need ti contact the site administrator and explain your problem.
