Hi!

I´ve installed the new version,it looks good but it doesn´t include the usual modules to install so I am feeling kind of lost..

in the Modules Administration there is nothing to install besides Users Managments and Private Messaging, by the way what does this user managments modules does?

The latest versions of XOOPS no longer come with modules, to ensure that you download the latest releases - News, for example, has been revised several times recently - and CBB is much much more advanced than the original Newbb forum module.

Check the repository for the best modules for your needs.

I need only the basic modules like in previous version, are these compatibles with the new version?

And please note that XOOPS 2.1.x is a DEVELOPMENT version, for testing purposes only. Many things can still change, so this is not meant for production environments (live websites). This is an Alpha version.

Yes, these should be compatible in most cases.

It seems working fine right now,I´ve recently installed the galeria module..it´s working fine!
I didn't know that it was an alpha version..

I don´t understand how can I upload my pics in galleria?
I´ve created a category.
Configure A Gallery Presentation I cannot find a button to upload my pics.
