xoops main theme library count up & down?

Ok, maybe I'm loosing it but I swear the themes library count keeps going up and down daily by 20 or so themes from 8tem? Are they spamming our library daily and then being removed? Just thought I'd ask.

I've seen the same thing a lot of times in the period of few months. I think that webmaster was deleting or adding some themes into this module.
