How can I change the background color of a system block?

Specifically the Who's Online and User Login system blocks? I've been trying to do this for over an hour but am not having any luck.

Thanks in advance for any help.

You can realise this to adjust the specific block TEMPLATE. (adding bgcolor-"#color")
As far as I remember they are findable within the modules/system/somewhere.
