I just upgraded to 2.0.1.1 and now none of my blocks appear. When I try to go into the Admin Control Panel, I get a blank screen except for a new XOOPS page header. I went to the recovery tool to turn on PHP Debug, but it doesn't seem to be working correctly since no errors appear.

What do I do?

Try updating your system module in Admin>System>Modules.

click the update icon beside the System module in the list.

I thought of that, but the Admin screen has no links to any of my installed modules. It's basically a blank screen, but it has the new XOOPS header across the top of the screen.

I too am getting the blank screen and failed update when trying to save from the General Settings page. With the recovery.php page I turned on php debug and this produces these messages:
