I'm having the a similar problem after deleting old posts and syncing the forum/topics in the admin section...

I've looked for the Repair Database thing but haven't found it, can somebody tell me where I should find it asap plz?

I assume you're getting "errno: 145" ?

In phpMyAdmin, select the database, select the checkbox to the left of the table that's giving that error, then use the pulldown menu near the bottom: "With selected: Repair table"

I'm not sure why the table got "broken". I've seen it happen occasionally with tables that are modified frequently.
