Where do I post the Big Story?

I just installed XOOPS and can't figure out where to post the Big Story. I activated the block and see that it is part of the News module, but I can't find anywhere in the news module to edit the big story. What am I missing?

The Big Story block is determined by a news item's counter.
Every time someone views the news article this sets the counter up 1.

SO that means the Big Story block will show whichever news item is most read by your users.

This means you cannot set the Big Story yourself...
