Where can I change the size of each coloumn?

I tried to do this in theme.html, but it doesnt change.. Im not sure why, but a member says there is an overlapping from the right side blocks to the center blocks?? I dont see it..

If I could change the width of each column I could probably help fix it... To change the size of fonts as well Im wanting to know..

When you do some changes in your theme, be sure that the option "Update module template .html files from themes/your theme/templates directory?" in the general settings is set to On, else, you will not see any change.
