My XOOPS DB was deleted. Then I pasted the backup and faced with admin cp bag. All modules work great, but I don't see them in adlmin cp, except System Module and News ...

update the system module in system admin -> modules, and remove the cache/adminmenu.php file and login to your administration section (it'll say it is the first time you're logging in, but that regenerates the admin menu).
