Help!!! I can't create forums with newbb 2.0

Hi everybody!
I installed a fresh version of newbb 2.0 but I can't find the link or buttom to create forums... Anybody can help me?

umm, categories, forums, and their permissions are setup in the admin panel. Not in the forum itself.

I asked 'cause the link Forums don't allow to create, only shows it empty:
Forums
Name Edit Delete Add Move


And the categories and permissions are ok
Do you know what happens?
