Hi.

I installed XOOPS version 2.
My problem is that the custom block is not shown for the anonymous users.
how do I have to configure them so that they are shown in the home for the anonymous users?

read the documentation and/or FAQ section for how to set group permissions..

try editing the anonymous group in admin..

treat XOOPS like u would a new gadget or toy and play around and see what admin options there are.. it's a good idea to get familiar with it..
