this appears when I go into admin -> preferences -> mail setup, resulting in a blank page.
any hints on this? it's a XOOPS 2.0.10 RC2.

thanks

indream: are you confirming that you also have this same problem?

Re: memory exhausted on mail setup

I can't duplicate this on a fresh install of 2.0.10RC2, but I think it has to do with the user list for the PM Sender. One more question: how many users are in your XOOPS installation?

Seems likely that it is the XoopsFormSelectUser that is causing this.

Will have a fix for that in XOOPS 2.1.0 (not of much help to you right now, I know, but it's the best I can do)

I thought the same thing, btw I've 2727 users.

Re: memory exhausted on mail setup

Mithrandir - I had never noticed this before, but is it reasonable to list every XOOPS user account for that option? Or rather, would it be reasonable to limit that select box to a particular group, say the webmaster group? I don't consider this a fix to this error; other places that display a user select box might run into the same problem as the number of users increases, but more from a usability POV.
