Guys, my module icons keep appears twice in my control panel, how can i fix it?

remove cache/adminmenu.php and re-enter the administration menu (it'll say you're entering it for the first time, but this will cause the admin menu to rebuild).

nothing happened. i removed cache/admin.... and yes the admin rebuild but the icons still repeats.

got it, i was declared it two groups. a user should only be included in one group.
