i recently downloaded the Skar v2 theme from the theme downloads here and i really like the theme but unfortunatly for me and my perspective users some of the text is in french. well i translated all the french words that were in the theme.html file for the theme and updated all the modules including the system one, de-activated and re-activated all the modules, cleared my browser cache and cookies but all the text i translated is still in french. please help.

side note: i am having a related issue with images embeded in the theme/css. if i change the image in the theme's folder but keep the same name or i change the image in the theme's css file, the image doesn't change on the site. what would cause this?
