Can registration be set to auto with no email ?

Is there a setting that I can use to automatically approve a registration without using the email response etc?
Right now my mail situation is not set up (it can't be for a bit because of smtp restrictions) and I would like for people to be able to choose user name and pass but do all the rest manually temporarily

Yes

In Preferences ¦ User Info Settings ¦ Select activation type of newly registered users
