Can anyone suggest a good one? The features on the top of my lists would be a built in wysiwyg editor for creating html letters, ability to see what e-mail got bounced or opened, database driven, etc. The more the features the merrier.

Thanks!

php list very powerful open source list does all you want and more.

Takes awhile to configure though but very good.

If someone could make a XOOPS module like it, that would be awesome.

hope this helps

On paper it looks pretty good. Never got it working though as it seems to have some major issues working with IIS.

It's been 6 months since I tried, but from memory it had something to do with the way PHPlist used forms that was incompatible with PHP on IIS. I have seen a guide though whichdescribes a fairly involved installation proceedure involving a lot of editing.

Thanks! Gecko, I just installed PHPList and already like the features provided. No, wonder it has already been downloaded 40,000 times according to hotscripts.com! Your right it would be a great module to add to xoops.

How would PHPList compare with MailMan which is provided with cPanel host accounts?
