Where do you find News 1.2?

I see references to it everywhere in the site and forums but when I look for it in the downloads it doesn't seem to appear. The latest RC says that version 1.1 is included and to be careful about upgrading if you have 1.2 installed. Does it go by a different name?

news 1.3 or news 1.2?

you can find them on the dev site athttp://dev.xoops.org look in the projects list in the right column for news..
