possible to rename blocks ?

I just cannot see if / where I can rename blocks, or even if this is possible, I am creating custom blocks and they all have the name "Custom Block (HTML)" I would like to change this to something a bit more descriptive about the content.

Possible or not ?

Go into admin => system => blocks, click the 'edit' link on the block you want to modify. You can change the name in the 'title' field.

I ant to change the title that is in the admin side from "Custom Block (HTML)" to something else, not the title that is displayed in the block, as not all my blocks have written titles because I don't want that displayed on the page.
