hi,
i want to put center block after center left or center right blocks. when i make a custom block and put it center it is locating the top of the page. but the other center right and left blocks must be there...

I think you will need to number your center right and left as 1 and the custome block as two to make sure the order is right. Use your Blocks admin to sort the order you want things to appear in. Check the user docs linked on the left. Cheers

my center left block is 0 right is 1 and center is 9 and it is still appears on the top of the page. how can i manage this ?

Try either changing the theme to one which locates the center block on the bottom, or edit the theme.html file and move the center left and center right blocks above the center block. You can find more info HERE
