Is there a module that will allow registered users to enter information for requesting services?

There is a module that allows you to customise a form (or multiple forms) your users could use to contact you. The form could collect any sort of info that you like. It's called liaise. Not sure if this is exactly what you're looking for--but might work. If what you're looking for is "services wanted" you might try a "want ads" type module.

Could you use Formulize to create a custom form?
